Clements Hall is a community asset. As such our prices are set for a range of users. We aim to make them as affordable as possible to voluntary groups, yet also allow the Hall to be financially sustainable. Prices as at 1 January 2026.

*Our prices include 15 minutes before and after to allow for setting up and clearing away. Discounts may be available depending on the period of hire and the time of day.

**There is a flexible rate for one-to-one sessions and informal groups in the smaller rooms – please enquire for details.

***Please note there is a £50 Duty Manager charge for any one-off evening hire in the Main Hall that finishes after 9.00 pm.
